Booking a Trip
Visitors
can request that Double Diamond Holidays book a trip for them by
submitting a Booking Form. You will be asked to provide information
such as mailing address, date of birth, nationality, telephone number,
preferred contact method, additional travel members, dietary restrictions,
and other information regarding your holiday. Your address is required
to allow us to send you your travel documents, vouchers and information.
The additional information allows you to provide us with more specific
information about your holiday requirements. Use of this service
is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether
or not disclose this information.
Sharing information with Industry Partners
When booking a holiday through Double Diamond Holidays, it may be
required that we forward some personal information to the trip supplier
to ensure the successful fulfillment of your trip arrangements.
Only information relevant for that travel supplier will be revealed.
We fully expect our third party suppliers to maintain the confidentiality
of your information by not using or disclosing your information
for unauthorized purposes or without your consent. You can specify
information you do not want forwarded to a given supplier.
Limited Use
Customer information may only be used or disclosed for the purpose
for which it was collected unless the customer has otherwise consented,
or when it is required or permitted by law. Personal customer information
will only be retained for the period of time required to fulfill
the purpose for which it was collected. Email or postal addresses
may be retained to provide customers with ongoing information on
Double Diamond Holidays adventure tours and trips. Please contact
us if you would like your name and email address removed from our
